Malossi is proud to present the ‘Super T-Max’, a complete redesign, entirely Made in Italy, of Yamaha's most famous maxi scooter!

Monolithic twin cylinder made of special aluminium-silicon-copper alloy, enhanced and stabilised.

Cermetal (ni-ca-sil) liner machined with extreme precision on latest-generation CNC machines.

Cross-ground at 110/130°

Forged pistons Ø 70, 16 mm pin with 3 rings, made of special aluminium alloy (copper-silicon), heat-treated, profiled crown with valve impressions, racing design, reinforced and lightweight with constant thickness.

Piston rings no. 3:

1st compression in chrome steel,

2nd scraper in phosphated steel,

3rd split in chrome steel with spring.

Power increase of over 15%.

The clean, dry 2-cylinder monoblock designed by Yamaha has been thoroughly customised by Malossi with modifications that have allowed for an increase in bore without compromising the original mechanical and thermal balance.

The pistons are particularly noteworthy, forged from a special alloy and designed to withstand the stresses of long-distance use.

Nothing has been left to chance, from the seals to the super-hard steel bi-conical piston pins and the chrome-plated and nitrided steel elastic rings.

Each component makes a valuable contribution to the uniqueness of this thermal unit: a product for a sophisticated and knowledgeable clientele!
