This helps to reduce surface wear and lessens the amount of dirt entering the hub which in turn extends the life of the bearing.\n\r\nDesigned with a rear lip to help keep them hooked into the seals, this reduces the chance of falling out during maintenance, speeding up wheel changes.\n\r\nRFX products are tested and used by many top Grand Prix and British Motocross teams.\n\n7075-T6 Aluminium Construction.\nColour anodised for durability.\nMachined rear location lip.\n\n\r\nCNC Machined\n\r\nFor a tighter tolerance\n\r\nFitting Instructions\n\nStart with the motorcycle on a box stand with the wheels raised from the ground.\nRemove the large spindle nut and loosen any pinch bolts on the lower fork leg.\nRemove the spindle from the wheel this may require the use of a brass punch and hammer if tight.\nFront wheel will now remove.\nThe rear wheel should now be loose enough to push forward and lift the chain from the rear sprocket.\nRear wheel will now remove.\nRemove the wheel spacers from the wheels.\nClean in and around the seals with contact cleaner such as Maxima Electrical Contact and re-grease under the seal.\nFit the new wheel spacers.\nMake sure to open the brake pads apart inside the brake callipers to give you extra room when re-fitting the wheel.\nRe-fit the wheels and push the spindles through.\nRe-fit the chain and set the proper chain tension by adjusting the axle blocks.\nTightenthe large spindle nuts to the correct torque setting.\nWith the bike of the stand pump the front forks up and down to align the front forks then tighten the pinch bolts.\nFinally pump the brakes to re- align the callipers.","brand":"RFX","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":58193591501148,"sku":"1111000003","price":23.24,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":false}],"url":"https:\/\/checkout.xparts.weostores.com\/products\/rfx-pro-wheel-spacers-front-sil-4","provider":"xparts","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
