{"product_id":"rfx-pro-rear-axle-adjuster-blocks-sil-11","title":"RFX PRO REAR AXLE ADJUSTER BLOCKS, SIL","description":"RFX Pro Series Axle Blocks are designed to speed up and improve wheel changes with easy fitting and more precise alignment. \n\r\nCNC manufactured from 7075 aerospace grade aluminium.\n\r\nProduct Features:\n\nAxle holder holds one side so that this can be tightened with one spanner.\nLaser etched RFX logo.\nCNC 7075 Aerospace aluminium.\nCAD designed profile for lightness.\nTighter tolerances for improved fit.\nColour anodised for that factory bike look.\n\n\r\nFitting Instructions:\n\nStart with bike on a stand with the rear wheel raised from the ground.\nUndo rear axle nut and remove spindle.\nLift chain of sprockets \u0026amp; remove rear wheel.\nRemove old axle blocks.\nRemove old axle block bolts.\nRemove the spindle from the axle block (KTM Only) to do this may require some heat and a vice, be careful not to damage the spindle.\nRe-fit the spindle to the new axle block (KTM Only) make sur to use red threadlock when doing this. \nClean around the swing arm making sure clean and free of debris.\nTake the new RFX Axle Blocks and place on swing arm ensuring alignment and bolts are in position.\nClean spindle and axle nut.\nApply waterproof grease to spindle and wheel spacers.\nLift the wheel into position and re-apply the chain.\nInsert Spindle all the way through and re-attach the axle nut, do not fully tighten nut.\nAlign the wheel square using the axle blocks and adjust to set the chain to the correct tension (Check owner’s manual for correct tension)\nTighten axle nut to correct torque as per owner’s manual.","brand":"RFX","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":58193519542620,"sku":"1110424004","price":61.74,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":false}],"url":"https:\/\/checkout.xparts.weostores.com\/products\/rfx-pro-rear-axle-adjuster-blocks-sil-11","provider":"xparts","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
