Warning! AM6 engine transmissions are available in two configurations, which are not interchangeable:

- Series 1 (V1) solid output shaft with 6 mm thread (small bore) compatible with an 18 mm gear.

- Series 2 (V2) hollow output shaft with 8 mm thread (large bore) compatible with a 20 mm gear.

Before placing an order, we recommend carefully comparing the image with the output shaft of your motorcycle.

Polini Z26 Extended Sixth Gear for AM6 Engines

Description

Polini expands its range of special parts with the new Polini Z26 Extended Sixth Gear for AM6 engines, developed to provide taller gearing compared to the traditional Z25 configuration.

The Z26 gear ratio improves top-end performance in sixth gear while reducing engine RPM at high speeds, resulting in smoother riding when the engine operates in the upper power band.

Designed for street, sport and racing applications, this component maximizes the available engine power and makes the transmission more efficient in high-performance engine configurations.

Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, it ensures excellent reliability, long service life and precise gear engagement, even under demanding riding conditions. Precision machining guarantees the build quality required for tuned AM6 engines.

The new Polini Z26 Extended Sixth Gear is available in two versions, Ø18 mm and Ø20 mm, to suit different technical configurations.
