Description

VENTILVAR 2000 is a fixed half-pulley featuring a diamond-machined belt running surface and a recalculated angle to further increase the transmission ratio range. This component perfectly complements the Multivar, making the transmission system even more efficient.

Designed specifically for scooter CVT systems, it further improves the operating conditions of the drive belt. It is far more than a simple accessory—it is a key component that helps extend the service life of all transmission parts.

The temperatures generated inside CVT housings using V-belts can become extremely high under heavy operating conditions. As a result, the drive belt and rollers may suffer irreversible damage, and in extreme cases the rollers may even reach their melting point. Among its many advantages, VENTILVAR provides significantly greater cooling capacity than the original pulley, making it an essential component for safe and sporty riding.

Note: Compatible with both the Malossi Multivar and the original variator.
